Fely is the President & CEO of Precious Properties of Nevada, Inc. and Precious Care Home Health Services in Pahrump, Nevada. She is also the owner of Precious Looks Beauty Salon. She was the founder and is a broker for Precious Properties of Nevada, Inc., which has offices in Pahrump, Nevada and Los Angeles, California.

Fely has received numerous awards for her participation in many worthy community endeavors and for her expertise in the real estate industry. Fely serves as Chairman of the Nye County Republican Central Committee. She is the President of Fil-Am Association of Nye County. She is also a member of the Asian-American Leadership Council; the Asian-American Chamber of Commerce; the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors; the California Association of Realtors; the National Association of Realtors; and the Pahrump Chamber of Commerce.

She has three grown children, who are all professionals; Philippe (age 42), Patrick (age 39) and Primo, Jr. (age 34).

Fely was appointed to the Standing Committee by Governor Gibbons in January 2008 and reappointed in 2010. Her term expires December 2011.
