Supreme Court. See 114 Nev. _____ 969 P2.d 305 (1998). The following Order was
issued by the Commission as a result of the Supreme Court Opinion.

ORDER
The Supreme Court of the State of Nevada in case number 30867 having directed
the Commission to withdraw its public reprimand of Judge Varain and to strike
its ORDER compelling him to attend a course in Judicial Ethics;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the DECISION of the COMMISSION filed on the 7th
day of August, 1997, publicly reprimanding Judge Varain be and the same is
hereby withdrawn. The ORDER of the COMMISSION compelling him to attend a course
in Judicial Ethics is hereby stricken.
