3. Judge Donald Mosley retired
effective March 1, 2012, leaving an opening in the Eighth Judicial District
Court, Department 14 to be filled through the appointment process.
4. Judge David Huff passed away on
March 22, 2012, leaving an opening in the Tenth Judicial District Court to be
filled through the appointment process.
6. Judge Frances Vidal passed
away on March 28, 2012, leaving an opening in the Yerington Municipal Court
which was filled by the appointment of Walker River Justice of the Peace Michael
Fletcher. Judge Fletcher will hold the position until December 31, 2012.
5. Judge Kathy Hardcastle
retired effective April 13, 2012, leaving an opening in the Eighth Judicial
District Court, Department 4 to be filled through the appointment process.
