Rule 1.  Scope of Rules

These rules carry out the obligation of the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline to adopt rules of procedure for the conduct of its hearings and other procedural rules necessary to carry out its duties as imposed by § 21(7) of article 6 of the constitution of Nevada.
